Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Advertising & Digital Marketing personnel to lead our company’s group effort in assisting multiple brands under our care within the accommodation and property related industries. As the Advertising & Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating, enhancing, and maintaining engaging content that aligns with our stakeholders' vision and resonates with our target audiences. This role requires a unique blend of creative writing, social media expertise, and leadership capabilities. Other than that, this position will require you to deal directly with all directors in different portfolios and will be responsible for following:
· Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for multiple brands within the accommodation and property-related industries.
· Oversee the creation, optimization, and management of engaging content across various digital platforms.
· Lead the conceptualization and execution of multimedia advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
· Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling video promotions, marketing content, ads, and graphic materials.
· Utilize social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
· Stay abreast of social media trends and implement strategies to maximize reach and impact.
· Ensure that all advertising and digital marketing efforts align with stakeholder objectives and contribute to the overall brand messaging.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain consistent brand representation across all channels.
· Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
· Analyze marketing performance metrics and leverage insights to refine strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
· Use data-driven approaches to assess the success of advertising initiatives and adjust tactics accordingly.
· Develop and manage budgets for advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
· Ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
· Oversee the development of sales and marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
· Work closely with creative teams (in-house and vendors) to maintain high-quality content and visuals.
· Contribute to the development of long-term digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
· Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the accommodation and property-related industries.
· Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences.
· Use research findings to inform marketing strategies and identify areas for innovation.
