JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Plan and manage digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and etc)
2. Help marketing team editing video and create content video for Tiktok, FB and other platform.
3. Identify new trends in related industry and insights and optimize performance based on the insights.
4. Develop and implement digital media and online advertisement; Explore and maximize social media channels to raise brand awareness
5. Performing SEO audits to identify various issues impacting clients' search engine performance; Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the brand platform.
6. To craft design material and online posting.
7. To support online webinars when required
8. Prepare scriptwriting for all online platform and video content.
9. Develop content for social media advertising campaigns such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
10. Help create mail pieces, taglines, content, online ads, email, proposal, and other marketing tools.
11. Help Senior Digital Marketing to perform daily task.
REQUIREMENT :-
1. Diploma/Bachelor in Marketing/Business/Multimedia/Advertising/Graphic design or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
3. Able to work in Raja Uda, Butterworth Penang
4. Skill in editing video are advantage.

What you will do:
We are seeking an Engineering Intern to join the Project Delivery, Malaysia. Reporting to the Security & Traffic team, the intern will drive customer proposals, project plans, as well as document engineering designs and schematics with guidance from the team. The successful individual will work closely with stakeholders to identify project requirements, and develop proposals including costing, durations and required resources.
How you will do it:
Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support
Analyze blueprints, plans, relevant customer documents to identify and propose requirements
Generate cost estimation based on project requirements
Facilitate and support project findings, relevant operation trainings, closing and handover process
Learning Outcomes:
Through on-job training, gain technical knowledge of Johnson Control’s diverse Building Solutions including Security & Traffic products
Gain real-world & on-site exposure as a Project Engineer, overseeing and ensuring the success of projects under the Security & Traffic Team

What we look for:
