Job Responsibilities 職責與職能:

Assist in handling daily administrative tasks, including document management, data organization, and meeting arrangements.
Manage reception duties, answer phone calls and handle general office matters.
Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, trainings, and events, including conference room bookings, travel arrangements, and material preparation.
Support in handling administrative tasks such as leave requests, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements for employees.
Assist in maintaining office facilities and inventory of office supplies, coordinating related procurement activities.
Assist the team in completing other administrative management-related tasks..
Assist and complete any other duties assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements 職務需求:

Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of collaborating effectively with employees at different levels and external partners.
Proficiency in using office software and automation tools such as Microsoft Office.
Team player with a proactive work attitude.
High sense of responsibility and confidentiality, capable of handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
Candidates must be able to written and verbal communication in Mandarin due to nature of business.
