• Manage and implement the rollout of VM update across relevant TR APAC markets such as animation displays, tester bars, product planograms and lightboxes, as per VM and Brand guidelines.

The Responsibilities

• Review and understand statement of works, drawings and schematics, to determine time to deliver and resource planning and management for the project period
• Responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of the project

KOSME Singapore has launched K-Startup Center(KSC) Singapore in July 2020 which is located in 9 Straits View, Marina One West Tower. KSC provides various programs and platforms for Korean SMEs and Startups to help them understand and validate the local ecosystem and market.

Main Responsibilities:

- Drive collaborative projects for global expansion for startups.

- Promote Two-way(Inbound/Outbound) financial and investment support programs.

*Support for Korean companies’ outbound expansion and Singapore companies’ inbound expansion regarding financial and investment needs.

- Organize joint networking events with Local VC, AC and other partner organizations.

- Provide specialized support for overseas expansion by industry and sector.

We would love to have someone who:

- has at least a Master's Degree or equivalent in relevant fields

- has at least 10 years of working experience(Including working in Korean government agency)

- is a native or has professional language proficiency in Korean and English, both written and spoken, to liaise with stakeholders in Korea and Singapore

- preferably has extensive network within the Singapore startup ecosystem

- has strong expertise in technology, startups, entrepreneurship and venture capital

- has an excellent skill set in Hangul Program(MS Word), Excel, PPT, Mail chimp etc

- has a strong positive can-do attitude and the ability to do multi-tasking

Project Overview:

As the Director, you will play a crucial role in guiding our company's efforts to understand customer business objectives, lead the discovery process, scope projects, and present the product vision. You will take ownership of the solution/technical aspects of the sales cycle, demonstrating how our company's functionality can drive positive business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reseller Channel Enablement:
   • Support and empower our company's reseller channel partners to develop comprehensive knowledge and capabilities in utilizing our business application as a platform for delivering effective business solutions.
2. Effective Communication and Demonstration:
   • Effectively communicate, often through product demonstrations, the value proposition of our company's solution to prospective customers, highlighting how it addresses their specific business needs and challenges.
3. Technical Expertise and Support:
   • Participate in and respond to internal and external teams by creating product and technical architectures, proposing application solutions, and defining delivery methodologies tailored to meet client requirements.
4. Product Application Support:
   • Provide comprehensive support on product applications to our company's inside, channel, and direct sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to effectively position our solutions to clients and address their inquiries.
5. Marketing and Sales Support:
   • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support product marketing and promotion efforts both internally and externally, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with company objectives.
6. Partner Relationship Management:
   • Develop and nurture assigned partner relationships, fostering collaboration and driving mutual success through effective communication and support.
7. Sales Training Support:
   • Work closely with the company's Training department to provide support for sales and demonstration training sessions conducted for selected business partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to effectively showcase our solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field;
• Proven experience in a solution consulting or technical pre-sales leadership role, preferably within the software industry.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) best practices and experience advocating for solution extensibility.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage partner relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in technical solution design, including product and architecture development.
• Experience in product marketing and sales support is a plus.
