If you have experience in corporate infrastructure support, that’s the icing on the cake. Our support team is a critical part of our huge and dynamic ecosystem, and we are looking for the best people out there. The Job:

• Research and identify solutions related to the software and hardware’s issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues such as account setup, network configuration,  etc.
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
• To administer and maintain the company's servers & IT infrastructure.
• Oversee and maintain the company's corporate services such as phone system, email, domain name etc.
• Perform troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and disaster recovery.
• Install and upgrade computer software and network equipment.
• Assist in Asset Management.

The Person:

• Possesses at least Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Studies or equivalent. 
• At least 1 year of working experience as Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
• Have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Possesses hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
• Have a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Positive, proactive and has a service-oriented attitude.

The Job:

• Promote Pixlr (including helping clients to understand Pixlr for Education program.
• Provide creative support (including onboarding clients on Pixlr for Education program).
• Assist in day-to-day operational matters (including researching and analysing possible avenues to market Pixlr for Education program.
• Be the first point-of-contact/face of Pixlr for Education program.
• To assist in seeding relevant content across social media platforms in order to increase awareness.
