Job Responsibilities:
· Implementation, Operation, and maintenance of audit of HSE Management System in compliance with ISO9001 and 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.
· Responsible for overall planning, implementation of the Environment, Occupational Safety and Health matters within workplaces.
· Ensure the safe working practices are observed and complied with by all staff/workers at the site.
· Ensure that all staff and subcontractors’ workers are using suitable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while working at the worksite.
· Carry out and prepare the daily site Safety Inspection Checklist.
· Carry out safety programs (Safety induction/toolbox meeting, etc.) new workers/subcontractors’ workers from time to time.
· Monitor the daily safety of general workers’ activities at site.
· Inspect the worksite machinery and equipment which are being utilized at the site to ensure compliance with the project site safety requirements.
· To investigate, analyze, make recommendation, and maintain reports of incidents/accidents or work hazards, to determine causes and propose preventive measures.
· Ensure safety signage, first aid kit, firefighting equipment and adequate supply of safety materials are available at the worksite.
· Prepare and submit the safety workers time sheet to the Project Manager.
· Verify that all legal requirements and inspections by authorities are met and carried out as specified in the plan.
· Maintain, enforce, and enhance safety-related matters in accordance with DOSH Malaysia requirements.
· Promote, establish, and implement health and safety procedures, and raise awareness among employees. Organize safety and health committee meetings.
· Conduct risk assessments, investigate the causes of incidents and accidents, and report findings. Conduct training on all safety-related topics.
· Lead and coordinate Emergency Response Teams (ERT) or First Aid teams during emergencies.
· Compile, analyze, and maintain statistics on workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and incidents caused by occupational poisoning.
· Prepare various reports, documentations, and forms related to health and safety.
· Ensure documents are maintained and stored accordingly to regulatory requirements.
· Perform other safety and health-related duties as assigned.
· Assist and report to the Project Manager on issues pertaining to the site safety, health, and environmental matters.
· To be a team player and proactive in promoting safety, health, and environmental matters at the workplace.
· Continuously provide awareness on safety & health to project personnel through meetings, training, and other communication sessions.
· Any other duties as assigned but not limited to the above.
Job Requirements:
· Preferably a Green Book / Degree holder in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent / Diploma or NIOSH Certification related to Occupational Health and Safety.
· At least 5 Years of working experience on high rise residential construction is required for this position.
· Fluent verbal and written communication skills in the English, Bahasa Malaysia.
· Good knowledge in legal requirements and good environmental, safety and health Practices
· Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.
· Registered OSH Office under DOSH is a pre-requisite.
· Liaise with local authorities if needed.
· Must be self-oriented with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese, English as these are the language used in the construction site.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team and oversee the day-to-day shift allocation for external staff, ensuring timely and efficient matching of staff to client requirements. The successful candidate will utilize Sandwai | Home and Disability Care Software for staff allocation and bookings, maintain communication with nurses and clients, and address any complaints or concerns promptly. Additionally, the Customer Service Officer will participate in operations meetings to provide updates on Bureau and Home Care status and work towards achieving set targets by management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Allocate shifts to external staff in a timely manner, based on client requests and requirements.
· Maintain accurate records of staff availabilities, roster requests, and shift allocations using Sandwai | Home and Disability Care Software.
· Liaise with nurses and clients regularly to ensure proper staff allocation and address any concerns or requests.
· Notify clients and staff of shift confirmations and ensure effective communication of information to colleagues and management.
· Monitor and address complaints or concerns raised by field staff and clients, escalating to management when necessary.
· Ensure external staff receive their rosters accurately in the system, especially when multiple clients require service within an allocated timeframe.
· Prepare and send report to relevant team/department before end of shift.
· Participate in operations meetings to provide updates on Bureau and Home Care status and contribute to achieving set targets.
· Undertake any other tasks that may arise from time to time, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service team.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
· Proven experience in customer service, Experience in a medical or healthcare-related industry will be an advantage but not neccessary.
· Basic computer knowledge. Knowledge of Sandwai or other Allocation software is an advantage.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

About the Role
Responsible for driving healthcare related initiatives, such as cost containment, provider network and performance metric.Drive healthcare cost containment initiatives in developing and implementing measures to control/reduce medical claims costs.
Drive provider network development strategy including identifying, evaluating and recruiting the quality providers and specialists.
Implement performance metrics to evaluate provider performance, including cost efficiency and quality of care.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement quality improvement programs sought at improving patient experience.
Work with the analytics team to study the claims cost driver and develop/implement strategies to control and reduce healthcare costs within the network.
Education: Tertiary qualification in Business / Commerce / Finance / Economics/ Legal or any other relevant education or related experiences.
Work Experience: At least 5-8 years of related working experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry and a validated experience at managerial / supervisory level.
General Requirements: Strong communication (verbal and written), negotiation and public relation skills; Strong business insight; Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
