Job Description
1. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
2. Seek out the appropriate contact and decision makers of an organisation
3. Generate leads and cold calls to prospective customers
4. Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
5. Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
6. Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet their needs
7. Coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted market area and sales strategies;
8. Tabulate data obtained from market recce and project due diligence study and develop a proposal or quotation for the client
9. Understanding client needs and offering the desired solutions and support, answering potential client quaries and responding to client requests professionally
10. Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
11. Participate in the development and execution of promotional strategies and activities in the department, creating informative presentations, and delivering information to potential clients in client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
12. Liaise with our company’s lawyer as appropriate to conclude a contract with clients, develop and concluding the legal documents or agreements for the contract acquired
13. Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate to deliver clients orders
14. Participate and contribute to ways of improving the way the business operates
15. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
16. Creating and maintaining a database listing of prospected clients, and maintaining the development pipeline database and report.
17. Meeting all KPI set for the position and the team.
Job specification
1. Have a Diploma / Degree or higher in IT, Sales and Marketing, Business, Management, or other Business disciplines or equivalent
2. Have a good verbal and written communication and interaction skills in English, Mandarin (Must) and Bahasa Melayu.
3. Have an extrovert, outgoing and energetic character that enjoy field works and friendly interaction with others.
4. Have people skills and is goal-oriented.
5. Have good analytical and number crunching abilities.
6. Have a positive working attitude plus could work and be an active member of a team.
7. Have own transport.
8. Have 2 years’ working experience in car parking and/or property industry would add advantage
